Hang From Pull Up Bar
AMRAP starts, both partners complete 5 rounds of the 20/15 cal row and 20 weighted situps. One partner works on the row, while the other completes the situps and then switch.
In the remaining time after 5 rounds of the above have been completed by both partners, one partner does as many reps of the bench press, while the other partner hangs from the pull-up bar. Switch as needed!
You choose what weight you want to do for weighted situps and bench press!
