For 5 cycles:
AMRAP in 4 mins of:
12 Dumbbell Snatches, 35/25 lbs
12 Burpee Over Dumbbells
Shuttle Sprint

Rest 30 secs between each cycle.
For each cycle restart the AMRAP.
Shuttle sprint until the clock beeps- you only get :30s until the next set is done. Pace in order to avoid feeling death :) You can do it!!
